Our family has been using Monks Park surgery for approximately 5 years. In that time, my family and I have received nothing short of exemplary care from whoever we see. We have NEVER failed to get an appointment on the same day that we call. All the employees at the surgery are very happy and polite. There really is nothing more that we would we could ask for from a GP surgery - I don't know how they do it! Thank you!

I'd really appreciate the tv and music not being on in the waiting room. Its just an annoying repetitive background noise. You can't actually see it from many places, and any useful information on there is inaudible. Please could we just have silence?

After suffering from a range of symptoms over the past 10 years, the nurse practitioner was able to make some suggestions and prescribe the medicine/ cream that made a huge difference. Hoping someone available at 7.30 is also extremely helpful as I work over an hour why can't always make the appointment times.
